[Windows] 如何在Windows 設定 metric 比 default route 的metric還低的 Routing Rule

• 先改 Default Rule 的 Metric
  #route change 0.0.0.0 mask 0.0.0.0 [your default gw] metric 5
• 再加入一条新的 Rule
  #route add [your subnet] mask [your mask] [your gw] metric 1
